The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery address when making a purchase. If the shipment goes wrong due to a fault made by the buyer, mybestcardealer is not responsible for loss of the order.
Mybestcardealer will make every effort to deliver the order within the expected delivery period to the delivery address. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order.
If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, he should contact the mybestcardealer as soon as possible. This can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will then decide how the matter will be dealt with. In most cases you will receive a new product immediately, but you may also need to return the product as per our refund policy.
If the order has been lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this appears from the tracking information), an investigation procedure will start at the postage company. If a shipment has not yet been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address within 14 days of the shipping date, you are required to contact mybestcardealer immediately.
