Yes, you can. They are authorized dealers/salesmen/representatives and they must have 5 years of experience in selling cars to be our representatives.

6. Where is our showroom?

Each representatives work at different showrooms and it's easier to tell us where's your location and we can set an appointment near you. You will be contacted by our representatives to meet at their showroom.

7. How long is the process of purchasing a new car?

It may vary! The fastest time is within 1 week. However, the average time would be less than 2 weeks. It depends on the stocks and loan processing time of the car that you want to purchase. If there's a problem related to your financial status or the types of your car (exp: colors), it may take longer time.

8. Should we pay any booking fee?

You are free to choose. Many customers are afraid of fraud issues that happen nowadays, but we usually encourage people to pay it if there's a limited stock.

9. How much down payment do I need to make?

RM 0.00, 10% or less than 10% down payment can be made for any cars but it depends on your eligibility. Contact us directly to get further info on this.

10. What is the interest rate of my auto?

Look at the left sidebar. Contact us directly if you want a specific interest rate for any car models. The rule-of-thumb is, the interest rate won't be higher than 4% for a new car.

12. How long do I have to wait in order to get a feedback/respond/reply from my email?

It may take up to 36 hours of working days. It's always less than that.

13. What's my car trade-ins value?

We will contact more than one of our used car panels to ask for the highest price that you can possibly get. Contact us directly or you can refer it to other used car companies near you.

14. What if I want to sell my old car to my click/family/relatives?

16. Am I eligible to apply for a loan if I'm a fresh graduate?

Yes, you are eligible. You need to have a degree/diploma/certificate (stating that you are a fresh graduate) and guarantor.
